All of our cabins and RV spots welcome well behaved pups. There is a $50 fee for pets in cabins.

There are communal firepits and grills. Please note that due to county fire restrictions, the firepits may be off limits during your stay. Please research the fire conditions before visiting!

Dogs are welcome! We ask that you only bring people, horse, and pet-friendly pups however. We’re excited to offer a dedicated dog-walking area and dog park. Fees for pets are $50 for cabins, free for RV spots.

Cabin check-in is 4:00pm; check-out is 10:00am.

Reservations are highly recommended as we tend to book up quickly. During the slower seasons, however, we can usually accommodate on-site reservations. Give us a call at 333-333-3333 to check on availability.

Guest receives 100% if cancellation occurs at least 31 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% if cancellation occurs at least 7 days before arrival; No refunds within 7 days of arrival.

While we are super close to Seepage Lake, all of your ATVing adventures will need to be trailer out only.

We really liked this rustic cabin. It had everything you need, along with plenty of hot and cold water. We were glad to be next to the green gate where our dog could run and play. The stay was perfect and we will be back.
